How does the 10% give-back work?
Every purchase you make at 1210 automatically donates 10% of the profit to the nonprofit you choose at checkout. You select the organization, we handle the donation. It's built into every order — no extra steps, no added cost to you.
Can I choose any nonprofit?
Yes. Our checkout includes a live search of over 1.8 million IRS-registered US nonprofits. Search by organization name or EIN number and select the cause closest to your heart — your local church, a global mission, a food bank, a youth program, or anything in between.
What if I can't find my organization in the search?
Try searching by the organization's EIN number (the 9-digit tax ID, format: XX-XXXXXXX) for the most accurate results. If your nonprofit still isn't appearing, you can type its name directly in the search field and use the manual entry option. You can also email us at loveoneanother1210@gmail.com and we'll help you get your cause added.
Is the 10% taken from my purchase price?
No. The 10% comes from our profits, not from your pocket. The price you see is the price you pay. The donation is our contribution — our way of honoring one another above ourselves, as Romans 12:10 calls us to do.
How do I know my chosen nonprofit actually receives the donation?
We process donations on a regular basis and can provide confirmation upon request. We're committed to full transparency. If you'd like a record of your order's donation, reach out to us at loveoneanother1210@gmail.com with your order number and we'll confirm the details.

How long does shipping take?
Standard US shipping typically takes 5–8 business days after your order is processed. Express shipping (2–3 business days) is available at checkout. International orders usually arrive within 10–18 business days depending on the destination.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! All US orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping. The discount applies automatically at checkout — no code needed.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International standard shipping starts at $16.99 to major countries (UK, Canada, Europe, Australia, Japan, and more) and $24.99 for the rest of the world. Express international shipping is also available at $34.99.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We begin processing orders quickly, but if you need to make a change, email us at loveoneanother1210@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number. We'll do our best to help, though we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been fulfilled.
Products & Sizing
How do I find the right size?
Each product page includes a size guide. Our classic tees and hoodies run true to size with a relaxed, unisex fit. If you're between sizes or prefer a more fitted look, we recommend sizing down. If you like an oversized feel, size up.
What are your products made of?
Our tees are made from 100% premium cotton, soft and durable. Hoodies are an 80/20 cotton-polyester blend for warmth and shape retention. All garments are designed to be worn daily and hold up wash after wash.
How do I care for my 1210 garments?
Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors. Tumble dry on low or hang to dry. Avoid bleach. Washing inside out helps preserve the graphic art on your piece.

What is your return policy?

Can I exchange for a different size or color?
Yes! We're happy to process exchanges for a different size or color, subject to availability. Email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
